Back to back, separately handed over

We schedule the homes around the handover dates and hand over each home separately. You only pay when you are satisfied.

From two homes you get a neighbour discount. From three homes in the same street or estate we call it collective plastering and the stacked discount rises to € 700 per home.
No. We schedule the homes back to back around the handover dates. If one handover moves, that home moves with it without the others waiting.
No, every household chooses: thin-coat plaster or plastering, paint-ready or straight in colour, with or without the attic. The discount applies to your own quote.
A message in the residents' app is enough. We visit the street once, or plan a video call. Would you like us to send a short explanation for the group? Just ask.
The discount is recalculated for the homes that remain. With two left you keep the neighbour discount. Nothing is binding until you accept your own quote.

More about collective plastering

Collective plastering means several homes in the same new-build street or estate are plastered and sprayed by Wandmeesters back to back. That saves travel, set-up and drying days, and the saving goes to the residents: a neighbour discount from two homes and a stacked discount of up to 700 euro per home from three homes. Every household keeps its own quote, its own choices and its own handover. The standard package is thin-coat plaster plus latex spraying for 25 euro per m2, with latex spraying of the ceilings from 6 euro per m2 within that package. We work across Noord-Holland, Flevoland and Utrecht and further across the Netherlands, and you only pay once you are satisfied.
