A new-build home is handed over bare: bare walls, bare ceilings and often visible seams. We turn that into one smooth, even result. First a thin plaster layer or plastering for a flat surface, then machine latex spraying for an even, streak-free finish.

As soon as the home is wind and watertight and the plaster can dry. Let us know your handover date and we plan the work around it.
For new builds thin-coat plaster is usually the best choice: a thin, smooth layer that dries quickly and is immediately paint-ready. If the surface is uneven, we advise plastering.
Both are possible. As standard we deliver paint-ready. If you want the colour straight away, we spray the walls in your chosen colour; a living room in colour costs 400 euros.
For an average home we count on a few working days, depending on the number of m2 and the drying time between layers.
Yes. We travel from Monnickendam across the Netherlands, with a focus on North Holland, Flevoland, Utrecht and South Holland.
That is the price for spraying the ceilings within the complete new-build package, together with thin-coat plaster and latex spraying of the walls. Latex spraying on its own costs € 13 per m². The quote shows the exact price per item.
Apply together with a neighbour and you both receive a neighbour discount. From three homes in the same street or estate we call it collective plastering and the discount rises to € 700 per home. Every home gets its own quote and is handed over separately.
